On March 22, 2010 Damascus Family celebrated 3rd Commencement Exercise of Damascus Learning Center S. Y. 2009-2010.
At the beginning of the day we celebrated the Holy Mass, after that the commencement exercise started - all 26 DLC students of kindergarten and preparatory level were awarded certificates, the most distinguished ones were also given medals.
At that festive day the children presented their various talents. DLC graduates performed a group singing, dancing and poem recitation. DLC scholars showed a dance number, whereas the residents and foreign trainees gave a tango show. At the end of the celebration, the children sang a graduation song "I’d like to teach the world to sing".
On this special day we want to express our grattitude toward those who have been a part of the achievement. Thank you dear teachers for the devotion which shines through the results of the children! Thank you parents for having willingly given your time! Thank you children for your big enthusiasm to learn and good luck on the next part of your educational life!
